Allegedly high on marijuana, a young student, Judith,
plunges to her death from her apartment’s roof deck.
Her broken body thuds to the pavement not far from
university student Kirk who is playing basketball in the
street below. He looks on in horror, but then stoops
and caresses the dying student’s beautiful face.
Obsessed by Judith's ghastly fall, Kirk will risk his very
life avenging Judith's death. He vows to put her weed
supplier out of business. He pretends to buy and push
the marijuana on campus but is actually collecting a
stash of evidence.
Kirk stumbles upon the meaning of a secret cipher. As
he begins to trace the happy weed, he wonders if
Judith’s own loving Uncle George, who has raised her
from infancy as his only daughter, might somehow be
involved in a diabolical scheme.
